PRIVACY POLICY:

We do not share your information with anyone unless they can provide a court order to do so. Your personal information is not up for sale or trade.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Plycon's Keep accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal, and cash to pay for orders placed. To help protect you (and us) against credit card fraud, credit card orders can only be shipped if the billing address provided matches what the issuing bank has on file 100%. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. We will only ship to the verified billing address for the credit card. In the case of Paypal - we will only ship to the verified confirmed address for the paypal account used.

PRICING POLICY:

Prices are set at the time of purchase. We offer no form of price protection. All prices listed are in US currency. We normally update prices every Monday - but prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsibile for typographical errors that might occur on the site. Residents of the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax. Prices shown on our web site are NOT the prices found in our retail store. Our website offers 10% to 20% off retail store pricing on most listed items. If you're a local customer and wish to receive web pricing - you will have to place your order via the website, pay Georgia sales tax, and then pay shipping costs. The benefits of shopping at the retail store greatly outweigh the perceived value of the web based discount. AGE REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST be 18 years old or older to place an order with Plycon's Keep. If you are younger than 18 - your parents must place the order for you. Using Mom or Dad's credit card without their permission is a very bad thing. We will press charges for mail fraud.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:

Plycon's Keep reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of any order by us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

LIMITED WARRANTY:

The majority of the items we sell come with a seven day limited defect warranty that starts from the date of confirmed Fed-Ex delivery.

RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO A MANUFACTURER DEFECT OF A PRODUCT DURING THE FIRST SEVEN DAYS OF OWNERSHIP. ONCE RETURNED, AN EXACT REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

SHORTAGES IN AN ORDER:

Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

Any dispute arising out of, or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the sales transaction between Plycon's Keep and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Plycon's Armory Inc. and the Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Georgia to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity, or otherwise against Plycon's Keep that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision contained in this agreement is, or becomes invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable in whole or part, such invalidity, illegality, or un-enforceability shall not effect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement - and the invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Georgia State Law.

These terms and conditions, along with all fine print related to Fed-Ex shipping, together with Plycon's Keep invoice respecting the products ordered by the Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Plycon's Keep and the Customer - and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Plycon's Keep and the Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
