DETAILED SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Plycon's Keep ships our orders using Fed-Ex Ground and Express services. For APO/FPO customers we use US Priority Mail. International customers have the choice of shipping their packages via US Global Priority or Fed-Ex (please note that US Global is normally cheaper than Fed-Ex - but not nearly as fast).

The Keep normally ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (excluding weekends or holidays). Sometimes high demand will create a large order volume - and this might slow down our processing time.

Once your order ships we will send you a shipping notice email with your Fed-Ex tracking number.

Note that Fed-Ex can not deliver to P.O. BOXES, APO, or FPO addresses.

It should be noted that shipping a large bulky item like multiple Eagle wargames can be costly - as Fed-Ex will charge for the actual weight of the package - and then the dimensional weight of the package due to it's large size. Shipping these items via Ground Service is much less expensive than shipping it via the air based options (like Fed-Ex Express 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Business Day). But of course - the shipping choice is yours!

FED-EX SERVICE SUMMARY:

• Fed-Ex Ground (1 to 7 days):
  Generally our lowest cost shipping option. If you select Ground shipping - you may receive your shipment on a Saturday (Fed-Ex Home service often now delivers packages on Saturday). Please see the map below on the general delivery times for your location from ours in Georgia.
  

• Fed-Ex Express Saver (3 Day):
  With this shipping option the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the third business day after the order was shipped. Not available to residents of Alaska or Hawaii. Prices generally start in the $8.00 range.

• Fed-Ex 2 Day:
  Shipping costs slightly more, but the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the second business day after the order was shipped.

• Fed-Ex Next Business Day:
  Shipping costs almost double or more than what the same package would cost shipped using the 2 day option. With this option the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the next business day after the order has shipped. Note that Saturdays and Sundays are NOT business days.

SHIPPING FINE PRINT:

Please be careful when entering your address. Fed-Ex charges $10.00 to change an address once the package has been shipped. If the mistake is yours - you will be charged the $10.00 fee to correct the error. If we made the mistake - we'll pay the fee to fix it.

If you refuse the package - you will be charged return shipping costs - along with the 15% restock fee and the original shipping charge. The same applies if Fed-Ex is unable to deliver the package due to an address mistake on your part. After five delivery attempts Fed-Ex sends the package back to us at our expense. You will be billed accordingly.

Plycon, Inc. is not responsible for delayed arrivals on any packages. We have no control over the package once it leaves our store. We never offer refunds for shipping costs.

Plycon, Inc. does not guarantee shipping times or costs. Sorry, no refunds for weather related delays. Such things are simply beyond our control. Again, once the package leaves the store - it's out of our hands.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, fees, etc. that your country or the shipping company charges to import your package. We have no way of knowing what those will be - after all - we don't live there. ;-) We are also not responsible for any package that is damaged or lost due to another country's postal or customs service. If the package is lost, damaged, or delayed - we are not responsible. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by Plycon, Inc.
