RETURNING PRODUCTS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED AT ANY TIME.
ITEMS HAVE A LIMITED SEVEN DAY WARRANTY.
Plycon's Keep only accepts returns on products if they contain a manufacturer defect
(missing pages, some pages printed upside down, etc). The seven day time limit
starts from the date of confirmed Fed-Ex delivery. Once returned, an EXACT replacement
will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept a product back for any other reason.
Due to the nature of the items we sell - once used or read by someone (especially if that person
does not take proper care of the item), their value drops exponentially. Or with other
items - no one wants them if they've been opened. With that in mind - be sure that
you order the correct item that you need. We do offer a limited warranty on a very
small number of our products - but that warranty never applies to "I ordered
the wrong book!" or "I just opened up the Book of Vile Darkness and it offends me!". Again, sorry - no returns will
be accepted unless due to manufacturer defects internal to the item
within the first seven days, and no refunds will ever be offered
Missing Items in Sealed/Shrinkwrapped Boxes and Blister Packs:
Sometimes you might receive a game product that is missing an item that should have
been in the box. In most cases the manufacturer will directly take care of the
problem quickly. If they do not - please let us know and we'll handle that aspect
for you and make sure that you're happy. So far none of the companies we deal with have
ever had a problem directly shipping a missing part to a customer (this does not apply if you
are an international customer of course).
Wrong Items/Missing Item in your Order:
If you ordered something and we send you the wrong item - we will take care of all
the expenses of getting the right item to you and the wrong item back to us. Why should
you have to pay for our mistake? If we screw up - we fix it. In those cases we will
contact you with full information on how the return is to be handled.
If you received your order and it is missing something - contact us immediately and we will fix the problem. Please
note that you have three business days within receipt of your package to do this. After three days
we would have to view any such claim of a missing item with great doubt. Sorry, we've had people
try this even after 30 days past confirmed delivery. Who waits that long to report
a missing module, boxed battlegroup, or gaming book?
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA ISSUED BY PLYCON'S KEEP:
If you have received a defective product and need to return it - you must follow the steps shown below:
STEP 1:
Call us at 229-241-9300 during our normal business hours and speak to us about the problem
with the product. Please note that we will not accept any RMA request Emails.
STEP 2:
We will issue you an RMA # that is good for 10 days from the issued date. The RMA # must
be shown on the shipping label, or the package will be refused at the store. Return shipping costs must be
pre-paid by the customer. The package must be received back by Plycon within the 10 days, or the package will
be refused. The package must contain a copy of your invoice and a printed copy of the RMA email we will send you. If you do not include those with the return,
processing will be delayed. RMAs will not be re-issued.
STEP 3:
Once we receive your package at the store we will ship out a replacement after we examine and
verify the problem with the return. Replacements are shipped out via Fed-Ex Ground at Plycon's expense. A tracking
number for the replacement product will be sent to you via email.
IMPORTANT: Please ship the product back using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance, and proof of delivery. We strongly
suggest Fed-Ex or UPS. Plycon is not responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include a receipt signature
of an authorized Plycon, Inc. employee.
