ORDERING FROM PLYCON'S KEEP:

Nothing could be easier. Simply select the products you want from our online store, add them to the online secure shopping cart, specify quantity, select the shipping method, and then pay for your order. All orders ship within one business day normally. All packages are trackable and insured by Fed-Ex. You're notified by email when your order ships, and you are supplied with your package's Fed-Ex Tracking Number in the shipping notification email.

Plycon's Keep DOES accept orders via the phone. It's quicker and easier for everyone if you use our shopping cart - but some items (like Games Workshop products) have to be ordered by phone due to current Games Workshop US only policies. If you have questions about any product we stock, please feel free to email or call us. We're always happy to help!

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Debit Cards, and cash (if you're local to us) from US customers. International customers must pay for their orders by using PAYPAL or through direct wire transfer. Pre-payment is required before any order will be processed. This means no COD orders, and no Purchase orders will be accepted.

VISA, MASTER CARD, & DEBIT CARDS:
We will only ship orders to the verified billing address for the provided card. Sorry, no exceptions. This helps cut down on fraud and the possibility of junior using Mom and Dad's credit card without their permission. Note that we do not ship gifts - if you wish to purchase an item for someone else, it will ship directly to you - and you may then forward it yourself. Orders over $500.00 may require additional verification before being shipped.

PAYPAL:
We will only ship orders to the verified paypal billing address for the provided paypal account. If the Paypal account is unverified - the payment will be rejected and the order deleted. Sorry, no exceptions. As a business we can only receive the benefit of Paypal's merchant protections as long as we follow their rules completely.

CASH:
If you're local to our retail store - or simply drive up or down to visit us, we'll gladly accept your good 'ole American cash. Georgia state sales tax (7%) will apply to all residents of Georgia and anyone who purchases within the state. Sorry - gotta pay the tax man. Note that our web prices are not the same as our retail store prices. If you purchase in the retail store - you will not receive the prices you see on our web site.

INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER:
If you're an international customer and wish to pay using this method, we will forward you our full banking information for the process. We must receive payment for the order within five business days or the order will be canceled. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the full amount of funds required to pay for your order. Banks normally take out processing fees from the funds to be transferred - be sure you include those. Our bank does not charge us to receive an international wire - so any shortages in received funds are from your end. If the funds received do not cover the costs of the order, you will either have to adjust the order to meet the available funds, or ask for a refund. Our bank charges $50.00 USD to send an international wire - those funds will be deducted from any amount that you sent us (it's not our fault you didn't make sure to send the full amount - so we will not cover the costs to get any remaining funds back to you). Large international orders will always be required to pay via wire transfer.
