SHIPPING RELATED QUESTIONS:
#1 - What do I do if something is missing from my order?
Please contact us immediately if something is missing from your package. Please note
that you must do this within 3 days of confirmed delivery of your package. After three
days past confirmed delivery we will be unable to assist you or offer any solution. It is expected
that you will open your package upon receipt of it and verify it's contents. Put yourself in our position -
would you believe a claim that something was missing after having had a package for three days and not reporting it? Sorry,
neither will we. This policy is a direct result of numerous scam attempts we've had to put up with over the years
since we've been open.
#2 - What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately. We'll then file a claim with Fed-Ex who will arrange to have the package inspected
and picked up by their driver. Once their inspection is done - a replacement of the damaged item will be shipped to the customer.
#3 - What do I do if I received something that I did not order?
If we made a mistake and shipped you a wrong item instead of something that you ordered - please
contact us immediately. We never make you pay for our mistakes. We'll get the right parts shipped
out to you immediately and we'll pay the return shipping costs to the wrong ones back to us.
#4 - Where is the tracking number for my order?
We send tracking numbers in our shipping notification emails as soon as your order is processed
and boxed. If you did not receive this email - just contact us and we'll be happy to provide it to you.
