RETURNS/RMA RELATED QUESTIONS:

#1 - How do I go about returning a defective product?

Go to our Returns information page and follow the steps outlined there. Note that we only accept returns on defective products.

#2 - Why do I have to pay the shipping costs to return a defective item?

Plycon does not manufacture any of the items that we sell. We receive them direct from our distributors, or in some cases directly from the manufacturer. Since we did not produce the item - we are not responsible for manufacturer defects. We split the costs of this problem with the customer. The customer pays for shipping the item back to us, and we then pay for the shipping to get the replacement item back to you (and we pay shipping again to get the defective item back to the manufacturer). We will do everything we can to make the return process quick and as hassle-free as possible.

#3 - What happens if I ordered the wrong item?

Provided the order has not already shipped - contact us immediately and have us correct the order. Once the package has shipped there is nothing we can do.

#4 - How do I get a replacement item quicker?

If you would like to receive a replacement item quicker - then you may purchase the same item again. You'll still need to get a RMA in order to return the defective product. Once the defective unit arrives we'll credit your credit card (or paypal account) back for the returned item. Shipping costs are never refunded.
