ORDERING RELATED QUESTIONS:

#1 - Where is my invoice for the order I just placed?

As soon as you hit the "SUMBIT" button on our website - a copy of your order's invoice is sent to the email address you provided when you filled out your personal data. This invoice shows your billing/shipping addresses, your invoice/order number, and a summary of your total order. If you did not receive this invoice in your mailbox, odds are that you might have made a typo when you entered your email address (it happens all the time). Just contact us and we'll be happy to forward another copy to you if you need one.

#2 - I placed a duplicate order! What do I do?

If you did - you will receive two different order emailed invoices from our website. Please contact us as soon as possible (either by phone or email) and let us know that you need one canceled. When the duplicate order is canceled we'll also void out any credit card authorizations related to the canceled order.

#3 - Can I modify or add to my order once it has been placed?

Sure, provided that the order has not yet shipped out of our store. If we have the product you want available, we'll be more than happy to add it to your order. We prefer you to send an email request to do these additions/modifications so that we have a paper trail. Charge receipts for the additional or refunded products will be attached to your invoice (if you paid using a credit card).

#4 - Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?

Sure, provided that they have not already shipped out. You'll need to contact us immediately by phone or via email and reference the two invoice/order numbers. We'll acknowledge your request and combine the orders for you in one box. We'll then recalculate the shipping charges and refund any excess shipping costs back to your card or paypal account.

#5 - Can I combine orders from your other websites with one from the Keep?

Sure, provided that the other orders have not already shipped out. Payment has to have been supplied for all the orders in question first, and any other related requirements (i.e. Liability Waivers for weapons replicas) have to be submitted. If everything is in order, we'll be more than happy to combine them to save you on shipping costs. Please note that some items can only be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground service and some items are not available for export outside of the United States.

#6 - Can you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we do it all the time. Simply select APO/FPO shipping when you check out and we'll ship your package out via US priority mail. Please note that orders going to an APO/FPO address have no form of tracking - but we do require them to have a return signature. Shipping via this method does take longer than normal. Customs forms will be filled out accurately - so be aware that some items might be prohibited in specific theaters of operations.

#7 - When does my order ship out?

Provided that there are no problems with your method of payment, provided address, or stock levels - any order placed before 12:00 Noon Eastern time ships the same day it was placed (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST normally ship out the next business day. Please note that Fed-Ex does not pick up from us on Saturdays or Sundays.

#8 - How can I track my order?

As soon as we process and package your order, we send you a shipping notification email containing your Fed-Ex Ground or Express tracking number. Simply stop by www.fedex.com and enter your tracking number to receive the tracking data for your package(s). Please note that Fed-Ex Ground tracking numbers usually do not go active on their website until the day after they have been picked up from our store. Fed-Ex Express tracking numbers are usually active 5 minutes after the driver has picked them up from the store.

#9 - When will I receive my order?

The Fed-Ex tracking number we provide you in your shipping notification email will also show you an estimated delivery date when you pull up your tracking data at the Fed-Ex website. This is dependent on the shipping method you selected of course. Note that holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays do not count as part of the delivery estimate. Fed-Ex Ground packages can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days for delivery depending on how far away you are from our location in Georgia. You can check the map shown on our Shipping Information page to get a good delivery time estimate for ground packages.
